"It's important that we tell our Stories of recovery, that we reduce the stigma, and the discrimination. It's important that we give hope to other people, that 'you can recover too', that it's not the end of one's life, but sometimes the beginning of a new life.
You learn things from your... not necessarily your either... but there are life-changing experiences for sure, and although there is distress, there is an opportunities to learn. There is an opportunity to grow, there is an opportunity to teach others through the experience."
