‘And so we started with a blank canvas. And my message to you when you walk into communities, when you walk into organizations, is to have the respect, the respect to tap into the wisdom of the collective. Walk in there with a blank agenda, but with an absolute knowing of "Who you are" and "What you stand for". And watch that magic start to flow.’
‘But what he [Napranum Male Elder] also asked for was to have this place of choice. What he was looking for, what he said was, “Annalise, what we need is choice. 'This is about moving from the root cause of failure to the root cause of success. When we have a sense of belonging and spiritual development, hey, the sky’s the limit, things happen. This community, they’re doing it for themselves...' 'Why are communities disengaged?
